Recently, "Jinhua City Engineering Construction Twenty-fourth Quality Management Group Activity Results" held by Jinhua Construction Association was published in Jinhua. There are 221 quality management group activity results participating in this meeting. The QC team of Fangyan New District Primary School of Classic Construction and Decoration Company published the results of "Research and development of concrete interception process in the space of beam reinforcement skeleton", which won the first prize of QC results in Jinhua City.

In response to the problem, the company quickly set up a QC team led by project manager Zhu Zhongqing to carry out in-depth research activities with the research topic of "Research and development of concrete interception process in beam reinforcement skeleton space".

After several investigations, repeated discussions, experiments, team members through redesign, improve the method, improve the process and other measures, the use of multi-cavity capsule split full-section blocking method, the floor using the segmental parallel advance method, combined with the environmental conditions of the proposed blocking space, through the implementation of the system process, to solve the complex environment in the beam reinforcement skeleton, beam and column nodes of different strength concrete effective interception problem. It ensured the quality of concrete pouring of the project and was affirmed by the owner and the supervisor. Applicability: This process can be used in conjunction with cross-sectional reinforcement, airbag interception of concrete can reach 2m beam height, affected by the dense spacing of reinforcement is small; economic and social value: isolation airbag effectively inhibits the phenomenon of overfilling of high-grade concrete, significantly reducing the waste of materials.
