On the afternoon of December 10, Jiang Huameng, Vice Mayor of Yongkang City and Director of the Public Security Bureau, led a delegation of relevant department heads to inspect the construction site of the Relocation and Reconstruction Project of Jiangnan Police Station in Yongkang City, gaining firsthand insights into the project’s progress. Li Jiancheng, Deputy Secretary of the Yongkang Public Security Bureau Party Committee and Political Commissar, participated in the inspection, accompanied by Ye Tiyong, Chairman of the contractor Zhejiang CLASSICAL Construction Co., Ltd.

The Relocation and Reconstruction Project of Jiangnan Police Station, a major municipal livelihood initiative of Yongkang City, is located east of Nanyuan West Road and north of Shuanghuang Road in Jiangnan Subdistrict. Covering a land area of 1,897.34 square meters and a floor area of 11,674.60 square meters, the project aims to accelerate urban renewal, strengthen grassroots policing capabilities, and enhance public safety. Since its inception, it has received widespread attention and support from all sectors of society.

At the construction site, Vice Mayor Jiang Huameng and his delegation carefully reviewed a detailed progress report from Ye Tiyong, Chairman of Zhejiang CLASSICAL Construction Co., Ltd., and the project department leadership. Currently, the project is undergoing foundation pit pouring, with overall progress proceeding smoothly.

Vice Mayor Jiang Huameng commended the project’s progress and quality, emphasizing that the Jiangnan Police Station Relocation Project is a critical step for Yongkang City to strengthen grassroots policing and improve social security capabilities. He highlighted its significance in maintaining social stability and safeguarding public safety and property. He urged all relevant departments and contractors to enhance their sense of responsibility, strictly ensure quality and safety standards, and deliver the project on schedule.

Vice Mayor Jiang further stressed the need to strictly implement safety production responsibilities, strengthen safety management, eliminate hazards, and ensure construction safety. He called for rigorous adherence to design standards and construction codes to deliver a high-quality, exemplary project. Additionally, he emphasized optimizing construction schedules and plans to guarantee timely completion and operational readiness.

Political Commissar Li Jiancheng stated that the Public Security Bureau will actively coordinate with relevant departments to provide robust support for the project’s advancement. He urged the contractor to maintain its exemplary practices, enhance construction management, and ensure quality and timelines, thereby contributing to Yongkang’s social stability and economic growth.

Ye Tiyong, Chairman of Zhejiang CLASSICAL Construction Co., Ltd., pledged that the company will strictly comply with municipal government requirements, meticulously organize construction activities, strengthen quality control, and ensure the project progresses safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, delivering a satisfactory outcome for the people of Yongkang.
